(Cohen v. California, 403 U.S. 15, 1971)<BR/><BR/> In his majority opinion, Justice Harlan wrote that one "could effectively avoid further bombardment of their sensibilities simply by averting their eyes."<BR/><BR/>Given this, Lorrie Heasley is essentially correct in her claim that her freedom of speech was abridged.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
