Looking every inch the smiling, gladhanding pol, the former majority leader of the House of Representatives was booked, fingerprinted and posed for a mugshot in the Harris County, Texas, sheriff's department.
DeLay was at the pokey on Thursday to answer an arrest warrant for alleged money laundering. The Smoking Gun, of course, has the mug.

Could he be any more whiny? And the picture is hilariously smug. "I'm going to get out of this because I'm rich and powerful." Sigh. He makes me so very ill.
