The Middlesex District Attorney says Keown and his wife Julie, also 31, moved to Waltham from Missouri for business last year.
During a period of time in September 2004, prosecutors say he poisoned her with ethylene glycol, a chemical that is commonly found in anti-freeze.
Julie died and James Keown moved back to Missouri.
Keown was arrested Monday morning in Jefferson City, Missouri after being indicted last week by a Middlesex Grand Jury on one count of murder.

Keown's blog is a delightful read, and it includes several photos of Keown (this one is our fave). We feel for his friend, Julie (not to be confused with his dead wife, Julie).
