SLAYING BEHIND TRAFFIC NIGHTCLUB
The victim: Kenneth Dixon Jr., 26, of Springfield. Police say his family is from St. Louis. The shooting took place at 11:59 p.m. Friday behind the nightclub at 220 W. Walnut. No other info from cops at this time.
The Snooze-Loser sure buried this story in the Sunday paper. Wonder why? Is their judgement of their audience's news interest that far off-target? Or are they part of a conspiracy to downplay bad news about downtown? Or...?
WTF? Does it have to take another person or 2 shot outside the door of a popular SGF nightclub for it to make the friggin front page of the OOZE Leader? Is one dead victim just not enough? And another thing... It happened Friday night for cryin' out loud. All day Saturday isn't enough time for a decent story to be in by Sunday?
