The Senate Judiciary Committee took testimony in the Justice Department scandal from Bradley Schlozman, former U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Missouri.
Schlozman was pummeled by Sen. Pat Leahy, chairman of the committee. Talking Points Memo has the vid. It's worth a looksee and a listen, if only to hear Schlozman's incredible voice, and his sudden loss of all intelligence.

Alvin the Chipmunk - Ron, isn't there another political case Scholzman was messing in? Arkanasas I think - know anything about this?
Anon 653: Yes, there was/is -- a case involving a company called Managed Subcontractors and its owner, a woman (and a Democrat) running for the Arkansas statehouse. The case languished without indictment before Schlozman came in. Robbyn Tumey is her name. A pretty good write-up can be found here.
