Longtime newsman and television personality. Once interviewed Charlie Manson and may have been crazier than the killer. Knew how to use the medium. MIT rushes in to grab the point.

Remember once upon a time when there were only one or two choices in late night viewing? Jack Lalane was one. Synder was smoky great.

I know Snyder wasn't for everyone but I really enjoyed his late night show. (Well, before the network destroyed it.)
I guess I was a nerd or something.
I loved to watch Tom Snyder.
I remember enjoying the game of trying to guess whether he was drunk any given night. :)
