Monday's Springfield News-Leader has a remarkable front-page correction that will no doubt cost the Gannett-owned newspaper thousands in lost revenue.
Seems Sunday's Career Builder want ads were a repeat from Oct. 23. Whoopsie.
So in Monday's N-L we've got the correct, four-page want-ads section. But because Monday circ isn't close to the throw of the Sunday paper, we suspect those who advertised in Sunday's paper are getting a sweet deal on their bills. Hey, at least the Monday paper had a little more heft than usual.
