Ron:

Saw the wreck just seconds after impact. Was driving northbound down Luster when I saw the van shortly after it slammed into the boulder and tree in the home's front yard. There was debris everywhere. Left my vehicle to see if I could be of any assistance, but the driver's door was jammed so tight that we couldn't get it opened. The van narrowly missed the homeowner in the driveway. Tragic...

Am I correct: a person who has a history of seizures is not eligible for a Driver's License in Missouri.

No, anon, you are incorrect. If that were true, neither my wife (who has epilepsy) nor anyone like her could be licensed to drive in Missouri.

Do you have to have a doctor's statement if you have epilepsy or seizures in order to get a license? Not trying to pry...just curious.

We have never been required to submit a doctor's statement.

This guy was great. I went to Colorado with him and my church group, First Baptist Church in Crane, and he could not ski. Every time I saw him he was trying to stay up but fell. His son Daniel is one of my brothers best friends. They have a great family...
