THE LATEST FROM DOUG TV
DougTV is back with another Internet-exclusive message from Missouri Senate candidate Doug Harpool. KY3 political reporter David Catanese offers his review. Watch it yourself:
I respect Chatter and I really like Harpool but there is something that's starting to bother me abou t this Davis-Catanese alliance. I think David has gone way over the edge on being an unbiased political reporter. I think he is sqaurely in Harpool's corner and if I were Aunt Norma, I wouldn't appear on an interview with him. I would request a new reporter. I just think it smacks of piling on. Davis porduces a new ad for Harpool, he lets Catanese know about it and he ives it a big okie-dokie. If Catanese wants to be a poltiical commentator, that's fine but as a poltical reporter, he's lost me. I think if the tables were reversed and he was praising Aunt Norma left and right, we (Harpool fans) would accuse him of being biased in Norma's favor. Careful David, soon you'll be using the Fox line of being fair and balanced.
No worries, looks like Catanese may be getting the boot from his beat. They are sending anchor Cara Connelly to the STL Senate debate tomorrow instead of Catnese!!
Anon 9:25: I agree completely. It's stuff like this that gives media a bad rep. Unbiased, always. A golden rule in journalism. It's nearly impossible not to have personal opinions, but to remain objective is non negotiable.

Baloney. You don't know what they hell you're talking about.
Catanese is on the panel in the McCaskill/Talent TV debate in Springfield at KY3 on monday night.
